          The Taiwanese Smartphone manufacturer High-Tech Computer Corporation (HTC) has today been launched their alleged dual SIM innovation HTC Desire 616. The smartphone has awesome features like 5 inch HD display, 8 core (Octa-Core) processor, 8 Mega Pixels main camera and full HD (1080p) video recording. Now the HTC Desire 616 launched in Singapore and is listed various online retailers for a price tag of SGD (Singapore Dollars) 298 (US$ 248, Rs. 14,335). Soon, the smartphone will be available all over Asia. According to Mr. Jack Yang, the president of HTC in South Asia, the company plans to release new smartphones every quarter throughout this year and looks a decent hike in the present Asian smartphone industry.

          The smartphone is listed on their Hong-Kong page. HTC Desire 616 Dual SIM device launched with a brilliant 5 inch High Definition (720p) touch display with 720x1280 pixels resolution. The dual-SIM feature supports both regular SIM and Micro-SIM. 

          The smartphone is powered by 1.7 GHz Octa-core Cortex-A7 processor with Mediatek MT6592 chipset. The smartphone also provides a decent graphic acceleration with the support of Mali-450MP4 GPU. The dual SIM handset runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean software with modified HTC Blink Feed OS support.

          HTC Desire 616 dual carries dual shooters with attractive digital features. 8 megapixels main camera with autofocus provides 3264 x 2448 pixels maximum resolution. Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, simultaneous HD video and image recording, HDR are the main features. There is also a powerful LED flash on the rear panel. 2MP secondary camera provides 720p HD video recording. 1GB RAM, 4GB Internal storage memory and 32GB expandable memory via micro SD card slot are the memory options of the device.

        The smartphone carries a standard 2000mAh battery, which provides up to 14 hours of talk time in 3G. HTC Desire 616 is now available in Black and White color variants.
